This service allows health professionals to obtain an evaluation certificate to issue the necessary licenses to practice the profession in the country and then verify the level of knowledge through the required examinations.
Service process
- Login to MOHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS to apply for the service.
- Select the Evaluation of Health Professional Service.
- Fill in the application form.
- Upload the necessary documents, including exam exemption documents (if available).
- Upload unlocked copies of all previous DataFlow reports.
- Pay the application fees to proceed with submission.
- An evaluation officer will review your application within the approved SLA. They will verify your documents and decide on the list of documents to be sent to DataFlow.
- The officer will determine whether you are required to take an exam or are exempt. You will be notified of the decision accordingly.
- If an exam is required, you will need to schedule it according to its type (written, oral, or prometric).
- After successfully passing all exams, you will be able to review and download your evaluation letter.

- Surgical record (for surgical specialties only)
- Family book (For UAE nationals only)
- Copy of valid passport
- Exemption documents (as per PQR or DHA eligibility)
- Unprotected copies of all previous dataflow reports, if any
Conditions and requirements
- There should not be a gap in professional practice for more than three years.
- Candidates should have an accredited certificate from their origin country.
- Candidates should pass all the prescribed examinations, if applicable.
- All certificates other than those in English must be legally translated and the original certificates must be uploaded along with the English translation.
- Experience is calculated from the date of issuance of the professional license in the country in which the profession is practiced.
- Blacklisted candidates are prohibited to apply.
- Candidates should have a valid passport.
