About this service

This service enables medical companies and factories to apply for permission to export registered medicines

Service process

  • Login to the MoHAP website or smart app using the UAE PASS

  • The customer should apply for approval to export the medicine and pay the application fee

  • The employee concerned will examine the application and review the documents and requirements

  • Export permit is issued by the Drug Administration

  • The customer should pay the due fees

Required documents

  • Application form for obtaining an export license for medicines.

  • Purchase invoice, including country of origin, production and expiry dates.

  • Purchase order from importing country.

  • Approval from MOHAP or health authority of the importing country.

Conditions and requirements

  • The medicine should be registered by MOHAP.

  • The export permit must be valid for two months from the date of approval.

  • The exporter must comply with MOHAP rules and regulations regarding the export of goods from the departure port.

  • All relevant documents are mandatory and must be submitted at the port to the relevant MOHAP inspectors.
