About this service

This service allows medical and pharmaceutical facilities to apply for the re-issuance of licenses for employees in the pharmacy profession, including first and second official pharmacists and assistant pharmacists.

Required documents

Contract of employment approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation
Assessment certificate
List of controlled drugs (for official pharmacist)
Emirates ID card
Letter of No Objection from the facility
Copy of passport
Copy of residence license or visa

Conditions and requirements

The facility must have one official pharmacist

Application fees: AED 100
Re-license to practice pharmacy: AED 1,000
