This service allows applications for the renewal of a community or compounding pharmacy.

• Required documents:

  • A copy of the pharmacist’s valid license

  • A copy of the valid commercial license

  • A copy of the facility’s civil defense certificate of fulfillment of fire prevention and fire fighting requirements

  • A copy of registeration in Tatmeen

  • A copy of registreation in Riayati

• The facility must be open and active

• The responsible pharmacist must be on duty
