Sharjah Medical District participated in the emirati humanitarian day in memory of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and establisher of the UAE. The district visited patients in the hospitals of Sharjah medical district to enhance humanitarian deeds which was established by the late Sheikh Zayed and cohesion between the community members.

Mohammed Abdulla Al Zarooni, Acting Director of Sharjah Medical District emphasized that the participation of Sharjah Medical District in the memory of the Sheikh Zayed assures the humanitarian concepts he established in building the UAE society and serve needy people. The UAE under the wise leadership of Sheikh Khelifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan continues the efforts of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and has reached a high rank position in the humanitarian field.

“We all feel proud to continue the role of the leading late founder of the UAE and raise our humanitarian efforts to international standards. additionally, the day included an iftar gathering for all the administration, nursing and technical staff and laborers of the district’s hospitals as well as gifts to inpatients in order to enhance social solidarity among all the individuals of the society and strengthen the bonds of community relations, activate humanitarian initiatives that dedicate values and compassion.
