This service allows pharmacies to obtain a license to operate a 24-hour licensed pharmacy.

• Request letter signed by owner requesting for 24-hour work permit

  • Valid licenses of the four pharmacists of the facility

  • License of pharmacists in-charge with their contact information

• The facility's license must be valid for 2 months before expiry.

• The facility's license must include at least four pharmacists, each with a valid license.

• One of the four pharmacists should be pharmacist in charge.

• The work permit will be suspended if the facility's license is expired.

• The work permit will be suspended if the license of the pharmacist in charge is expired.

• Pharmacies licensed to operate 24 hours must have a licensed pharmacist present at all times (the pharmacy must have 4 licensed pharmacists).
