As part of its participation in the Arab Health 2020, Dubai, January 27 – 30, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, is showcasing one of the most recent effective and safe alternative to severe antidepressants, based on the technique of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation after having been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, has launched the region’s first national registry to store up data of healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists and technicians, based on Blockchain technology.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, showcased, at the Arab Health 2020 taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, January 27 – 30, the latest updates of its innovative medical research project to produce stem cells developed for the first time, (still under experiments and research), to repair and regenerate the heart muscle.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) today discussed strengthening cooperation with Elsevier, the global information analytics business specializing in science and health, to implement a standardized system for linking medical examinations.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, Dubai Healthcare City, and other relevant health authorities, has recently launched the first advanced digital platform to store the data for health, pharmaceutical government and private facilities, health practitioners, and drug information as well.

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), today met a number of international delegations participating in the Arab Health 2020 taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre. Dr Al Olama and the delegates discussed enhancing mutual cooperation in the field of training doctors and nurses and attracting visiting physicians to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and training services in the hospitals affiliated with the Ministry.
