The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has signed several agreements with many private hospitals from across the UAE to enhance cooperation in areas of preparedness and response to emergencies and reinforce integration between public and private sectors.

Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), led the UAE’s delegation participating in the 8th Session of the Islamic Conference of Health Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), taking place in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from 7 to 9 October under the theme “Health is our shared responsibility"The conference brought together Ministers of Health from OIC member states, as well as representatives of regional and international health organizations.
