The Ministry of Health in cooperation with Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the largest worldwide pharmaceutical companies, organized a workshop about finding a solid platform for the Arab and European regulations of pharmacovigilance understandings.

Initiated by the specializations committee at the UAE Ministry of Health and in coordination with Al Ain Hospital, under the umbrella of SEHA, and in cooperation of Abu Dhabi Health Authority, the Ministry of Health hosted the Arab Board Psychiatrists Clinical Oral Exams.

The Ministry of Health has announced that a groundbreaking non-insulin injection for people with Type 2 diabetes now has marketing authorisation. The drug will dramatically improve glycaemic control in patients and effectively slow down the diabetes epidemic.
