Healthcare Issues UAE Ministry of Health and Sanofi partner to enhance pharmacists expertise to raise standards of care
Aligned with its’ public health strategy, the UAE Ministry of Health (MoH) and Sanofi, a global and diversified healthcare leader, have signed an agreement to develop the ‘Integration Initiative’, a series of training courses for clinical, general and drug safety practitioners, as well as pharmacists concerned with scientific research in the UAE.

Healthcare Issues Ministry of Health Organizes Risk Management Workshop
The Maternal and Child Center in Sharjah held workshop on risk management on Tuesday, 16/09/2014 , in the training room of the center ,and which met with the presence and participation of a large health workers and administrators in various hospitals and primary health care centers affiliated to the Ministry of Health in Sharjah. The opening ceremony of the workshop was held by the chief manager of the center Dr. Hessa Khalfan Al Ghazal welcoming attendees and noting the orientation of the ministry to develop and update risk management strategies where the subject receives the highest priority of the leaders of the ministry , for its importance to minimize the risks and to develop treatment and prevention plans, Which considered a national priority .

Healthcare Issues Ministry of Health launches e-services and smart phones applications
Coinciding with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, UAE Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai, to provide e-government services on mobile phones for all customers’ round the clock and satisfy their needs easily, efficiently and professionally, and the directives of the federal government to improve its services and achieve high quality services for UAE nationals and expatriates, the Ministry of Health launched smart applications and a number of e-services.

Healthcare Issues Sharjah Medical District Launches New Initiative for Pilgrims
As part of the societal initiatives that are organized by Sharjah Medical District, the government communications division in Sharjah Medical District organized the “light path” for the pilgrims who are working in the government departments, authorities and organizations. The Ministry of health plays a pivotal role in curbing the spread of diseases, therefore, in line with its strategy and the public health policy and licensing sector in the Ministry of Health to improve health services in the UAE, it has been noticed, lately that medical practitioners of professionals use their lab coats outside their work location or medical universities.
